Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026. This policy explains how QuotesLead collects, uses, and protects information.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, business name, email address, telephone number, login credentials, subscription status, and billing-related identifiers. Payment card details are expected to be processed by a third-party payment provider rather than stored directly by QuotesLead.

When customers use the service, they may submit lead and customer information including names, contact details, service addresses, quote amounts, notes, follow-up dates, and activity history.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser details, log data, pages viewed, feature usage, error records, and security events.

2. How information is used

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the service
  • Create and administer accounts and trials
  • Process subscriptions and account communications
  • Respond to support and contact requests
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Diagnose errors and improve performance and usability
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

3. Roles and customer data

For lead and customer information entered by a subscribing business, the business generally determines why and how that information is used. QuotesLead processes that information to provide the service. Businesses are responsible for their own privacy notices, consent requirements, and lawful use of personal information.

4. Sharing

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, payment processing, and customer support. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or with the user’s direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

QuotesLead may use essential cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity. Limited analytics technologies may be used to understand product performance. Additional consent controls will be provided where required.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and account status.

7. Security

We intend to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, such as access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, monitoring, backups, and tenant separation. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms will be used for cross-border transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. We may need to verify identity and may direct requests concerning a business customer’s lead data to that business.

10. Children

QuotesLead is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for account registration.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected] or mailed to Gary Childs, 305 Country Club Dr NE Apt S, Concord, NC 28025. Phone: (919) 928-3050.
