Terms of Service

Effective July 22, 2026. These terms describe the rules for accessing and using QuotesLead.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using QuotesLead, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use QuotesLead for a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

2. Service description

QuotesLead is a software service intended to help home-service businesses organize leads, quotes, follow-ups, notes, and deal stages. QuotesLead does not provide legal, accounting, tax, contracting, estimating, or professional trade advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring invited team members follow these terms.

4. Trial and subscription

QuotesLead offers a seven-day trial followed by a single subscription priced at $17.50 per month, unless a different price is clearly presented at checkout. Billing recurs until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person, business, payment method, or other reasonable identifier.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, charges already processed are non-refundable and access continues through the applicable paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use QuotesLead to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, resell access without permission, or store content you are not authorized to process.

7. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant QuotesLead the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that data for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and retention obligations associated with your data.

8. Communications

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before contacting leads or customers by phone, text message, or email. QuotesLead does not guarantee that use of contact information complies with telemarketing, privacy, or consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; and implement security or technical changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual property

QuotesLead, its branding, software, site content, and associated intellectual property belong to QuotesLead or its licensors. These terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotesLead will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or lost data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to QuotesLead during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify QuotesLead against claims arising from your customer data, your communications with leads or customers, your violation of law, or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Contact
